Halloween costumes

Happy Halloween from the staff at the Food and Care Coalition!

Halloween is a favorite holiday here at the Food and Care and we certainly celebrate in style!  While it can sometimes be difficult to get in to serve a meal, there are lots of things that you can do over the holidays to help out!  To get involved for upcoming holidays, contact Treva at [email protected].  (She’s the witch in the picture on the right!!!)

A huge thank you to all the volunteers who assisted in our pumpkin painting activity this month (particularly the BYU Student Nursing group) and everyone who donated the treat bags that we are handing out today!  Handing out treat bags for holidays is a great way to brighten up someone’s day and can really be a great way to help our clients celebrate the holidays.

Every October we have a Pay it Forward activity where our clients, staff, and volunteers paint pumpkins to decorate the building with and to give to some of our community partners.  This year we obviously had a very talented Spongebob fan among our artists!

Happy Halloween to you and your family!  Enjoy the treats and make sure to stay safe out there!
