Bob and Shirley Parchman
Every Friday, the Food & Care Coalition becomes an extra special place, thanks to Bob and Shirley Parchman. Because of their love of the Hawaiian culture (they served a mission there) they wear Hawaiian shirts and play island music as they serve lunch each week. In addition to service, the Parchmans enjoy painting, gardening, sewing, and quilting. Their passion in life is perfection, and their generous volunteer work at the Food & Care Coalition brings them closer to that goal.
