Lacey Gilbert
Lacey was first introduced to the Food & Care Coalition through a mutual friend who has also served as a volunteer; she helps serve dinner every Wednesday evening and has been with us for about a year. Her most memorable experience as a volunteer was when a small girl went up and hugged her legs and gave her a big smile. Lacey enjoys the outdoors which includes horse back riding, camping, and rock climbing. One of her passions in life is singing & loves ice cream, if she could live during a time period in history it would be in the 1950’s because it was very revolutionary.
