Brent has been at the FACC for 20 years. His favorite movie is A Beautiful Mind. His 15 minutes of fame are when he was interviewed by Regis Philbin at Disneyland's California Adventure. One thing that people may not know about him is that he was a member of a jeep club with his family between the ages of 5 and 11. His favorite quote is "Blessed are those who give without remembering and take without forgetting."

Nancy W.

Volunteer Director

Nancy W.'s favorite color is green, and her favorite treat is most everything chocolate. Her hobbies include garden tours, housplants, and grandchildren, as well as photography of families, scenery and flowers. Her favorite quote is, 'When you were born, you cried and the world rejoiced. Live your life in such a way that when you die, the world cries and you rejoice.

Brenda Ehl

Client Services Director

If Brenda could travel somewhere she hasn't been before, it would be Alaska. Her 15 minutes of fame are when she was interviewed on television regarding her son’s return from the Gulf on the USS Lincoln. If she could take one thing on a stranded island, it would be memories. Her interests and hobbies include reading, puzzles, decorating, remodeling, and nursing.

Jack Robinson,

Mentoring and Work Training Director

Jack's hobbies and interests include giving service, exploring nature, gardening, writing, antiques, music, repairing, rebuilding, and riding bicycles. His favorite book is The Book of Mormon, "It has the answers to life's most important questions." He would most like to emulate Jesus Christ, "He asked us to follow His example." His first job was bagging groceries at a Safeway grocery store. One of his passions in life is, "learning the lessons I need to learn."

Nancy Mickiewicz

Storehouse Director

One thing about Nancy that people may not know is that she is the 12th of 13 children and an Irish twin. If she could live during any time period it would be Italy in the 1950's because it seems like a simpler time. Her favorite treats are gourmet sweets. Her favorite quote is, "There are two kinds of people in this world. There are LaDukes and everyone else." Nancy started at the FACC by working as a Kitchen Volunteer for many years. If she had 1 hour and unlimited money, she would shop at RC Willey so she could buy gifts for her family and friends and of course, her fellow co-workers.

Mark Martinez

Facilities Manager

Mark’s hobbies and interest include family, work, flying, shooting guns, and making biodiesel. His favorite quote is “Try a little harder to be a little better”. He’d like to travel to the moon one day after reading his favorite book Who Moved My Cheese. One of his heroes in life is his Dad.

Dellene Grasmick

Dellene has been at the FACC for 10 years. Her favorite color is blue, and her favorite musician is John Denver. Her interests and hobbies include traveling, reading, and cooking. One future invention or discovery that she hopes to see is a substitute for gasoline and cheaper medical cures.

Wendy's favorite color is purple, and her favorite quote is "He never said it would be easy, only that it would be worth it." If she could live during any period in history, it would be the late 1960's because of the music. She loves to drive and she loves to dance.

Sabrina's favorite colors are green and brown, and her favorite book is The Giver. The person she would most like to emulate is Ghandi. One passion she has in life is laughing.

Kenneth’s most memorable experience in life has been the birth of his children. His favorite saying is, "When life gives you lemons make lemonade." If he could take one thing with him on a stranded island, it would be his family. If he could live during any time period in history, it would be now, because he can look back on the past and look forward to the future!

Michelle Jaruf

Morning Receptionist

One thing that others are not likely to know is that Michelle never attended a public school, she was home schooled since kindergarten to the twelfth grade. She enjoys a variety of music from Michael Buble, Il Divo, & Josh Groban. Her favorite quote is “I can do all things through Christ which strengthen me.” Her most memorable experience is when she met her husband and successfully completed the visa process to get him here from Argentina.

Grace Johnson

Grace's most memorable moment is when she traveled to Seoul, South Korea with her family. Her hobbies and interests include playing the piano, hiking, and ultimate Frisbee. Her favorite color is green, and if she could live during any time period in history, it would be mid 1800’s America, during the religious transformations.

Heather Hogue

Afternoon Receptionist

Heather's favorite quote is, "The society which scorns excellence in plumbing because plumbing is a humble activity and tolerates shoddiness in philosophy because philosophy is an exalted activity will neither have good plumbing nor good philosophies. Neither it’s pipes nor it’s theories will hold water.” – John Gardner." Her favorite book is Till We Have Faces by CS Lewis, and her first job was delivering phone books. Her biggest passion is music. "I love music and I believe it can change people's lives."

Dave Baird

Dave has a passion for learning which began as a young man when he read his first book “There’s a Boy in the Girl’s Bathroom”. He declares himself as a certified math geek who enjoys the outdoors, especially hiking and mountain climbing. Dave is enthusiastic about life and providing service to others. His favorite treats are Black Cherry Kool-Aid and Cheezits.
